You'll be permitted to use Piccadilly's SECONDARY MARKET RESALE SERVICES for selling your artwork on the secondary market. We charge a nominal sales commission for selling your piece. A 20% fee is accessed for pieces that have been purchased through Piccadilly's and 30% fee is accessed for pieces purchased outside our gallery. If you decide to buy another piece of art from Piccadilly's, our commission fees are waived. Customer loyalty means a lot to us.

As you shop the web, you will notice that most authorized galleries honor the publisher's suggested pricing for unframed artwork. This is a great policy for you. It helps to maintain the investment potential and the integrity of the artist's work. Galleries are permitted, however, to charge more but never less. Piccadilly's Fine Art Galleries will always honor the publisher's suggested price to insure that you are getting the best price for the artist's work and to maintain the integrity of the artist's work.

Have you ever walked into a gallery and didn’t see a single price tag on the piece of art that caught your eye? Many galleries set up their gallery like this. Why do galleries do that? The answer is they charge different prices for each client. Your jewelry, watch or handbag will determine where the bidding starts. We don’t like that.
